New Development Planned

We have recently applied for planning permission for a commercial office development located at the entrance to Eastgate. The development will provide 12,250 sq m /132,000 sq ft of office accommodation across 3 buildings in a landscaped business park environment. When completed it will provide further high quality, head quarter, style office buildings finished to the highest of specifications throughout. Each building will be designed to ensure maximum flexibility to ensure a range of occupiers requirements can be accommodated.
